How to play

A manual in pictures: look at the drawings, words are barely needed.

  1. Drawing: Pick a job

    Pick a job

Tap a job. ▶ plays it from the start; tap a scene to start from there.

  2. Drawing: Read the list

    Read the list

Before each scene you see the shots to get, the time and the shots you have. Dashed box: a bonus shot, not required.

  3. Drawing: Move the frame

    Move the frame

With a finger, drag the frame like on a touchpad; with a mouse, just move it. Your photographer walks over on their own.

  4. Drawing: Green: shoot!

    Green: shoot!

Grey: the photographer is too far or too close. Green: you can shoot. Yellow: focusing.

  5. Drawing: Three lenses

    Three lenses

Wide: a big frame, from close up. Normal. Tele: a small frame, even from far away. On a keyboard: 1, 2, 3.

  6. Drawing: Shoot

    Shoot

Red button, mouse click or space bar. Focusing takes a moment: shoot a moment early. Every photo pops up at once, framed, with its score.

  7. Drawing: Smiles count

    Smiles count

Big smile 100, smile 70, straight face 30. Frown, closed eyes or turned away: 0. A list item is ticked off by a photo worth at least 50 points.

  8. Drawing: Groups and moments

    Groups and moments

Each extra smile in the photo adds 30%. A bell and a flashing item mean a moment: worth ×2 (×3 right at the start). The same photo taken again right away is worth half.

  9. Drawing: Stars

    Stars

One star: half the list. Two: the whole list. Three: the whole list and lots of points. Grey item with a cross: a missed moment.

  10. Drawing: Coins and shop

    Coins and shop

At the end of a job the clients pay you in coins. Spend them on gear (lasts 12 scenes) and clothes for your photographer. The shop (the bag) also has job packs, outfits and coins for euros.

  11. Drawing: Special rules

    Special rules

In the dark, only faces in the light count. At the theatre, shoot during applause and laughter. The christening baby sleeps most of the time. During the football match you stay on the touchline. At the reception, get nearly every guest smiling. On safari, animals run away if you get too close: use the tele. At the company party, get every employee into at least one photo: all of them earns bonus points, anyone missing costs you some.

  12. Drawing: Account and pause

    Account and pause

The account is free: sign in with an email code or a passkey, and your coins and purchases stay yours. Without an account you can play, but you earn no coins. ⏸ (or Esc, P) pauses; music and sound effects can be turned off from the home screen or the pause menu.
