PictureFrames

Game terms of use

These terms govern the use of the game PictureFrames (games.pictureframes.me and its installable app), provided by DreamersWare S.r.l.s., Via Carlo Porta 2, 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy, VAT IT04151010123 ("DreamersWare", "we"). Purchases in euros are also governed by DreamersWare's General terms of sale and Withdrawal information; where they conflict on a purchase, those prevail.

1. The game

PictureFrames is an arcade game played in the browser: you are an event photographer and earn points, stars and coins. Some jobs are free; other jobs, wardrobe items and coin packs can be purchased. You can play without an account, but only with an account do you earn coins, buy content and keep your progress across devices.

2. Account

3. Coins and content

4. Fair play

Bots, tampering with the game or its communication with the server, exploiting bugs to obtain coins or points, creating multiple accounts to get around the rules, and offensive, misleading or infringing nicknames are not allowed. The server checks every game: in case of violations we may cancel points and coins obtained irregularly, remove a nickname from the leaderboard and, in serious cases, suspend or close the account, letting you know.

5. Leaderboard

The public leaderboard on pictureframes.me shows the nickname and points of players who choose to appear on it from the Account page. You can leave it whenever you like. Only games verified by the server count.

6. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the game available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons. We may update the game and these terms; important changes will be shown on this page with the new date and, for account holders, announced before they apply. If the service ever closes, we will announce it at least 60 days in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The game, drawings, music and texts belong to DreamersWare. You may share the photos and postcards created in the game for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Support, law and jurisdiction

For support write to help (at) dreamersware (dot) com. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence; jurisdiction and alternative dispute resolution follow the General terms of sale (art. 27).
